Were hiring for a Media Operations Development Director to join the team in London.
Purpose of the Role
This newly created role will sit as part of the central Media operations teams at dentsu working within a project team focused on the enterprise transformation of dentsu medias operating model (Process workflows platforms) through adoption of AI and automated led efficiencies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of media operations within dentsu sitting at the intersection of media technology and AI capabilities.
As Media Operations Development Director youll be part of the operations project team directly supporting two of iProspects largest retail clients NEXT & Pandora. Working alongside media planning and channel activation teams for these clients youll identify areas where process improvement tech & AI could impact the effectiveness of client activity and eliminate inefficiencies dentsu & client side that significantly reduce SLAs and enable faster activation. Working in tandem with dentsu Operations Tech Solutions and Pandora/Next client leadership teams youll develop the client roadmap identifying solutions that can be; activated immediately using tech that already exists e.g. project managing a dashboarding project projects already in development failsafe alerts for budget issues as well as bigger more complex challenges that will require multiple layers of tech innovation & longer timescales e.g. custom AI Agent or automation build.
