You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manager AgentForce Development to lead and
oversee the development of custom solutions on the AgentForce platform within
Salesforce. In this role you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers to optimize
agent workflows automate processes and integrate AI technologies to improve case
management efficiency and decisionmaking. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to
align business needs with technical solutions ensuring that AgentForce capabilities are
maximized across various use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience with AgentForce Apex and AIdriven automation as well as a proven track record of managing and collaborating with
development teams to deliver highquality scalable solutions.
MustHave Skills and Experience:
AgentForce Platform: Solid experience with AgentForce development including
configuring and customizing AgentForce actions (e.g. case routing task
automation agent prompts) to enhance productivity and decisionmaking.
PD2AI Specialist & AI Associate Certification: Must hold valid certifications in
PD2AI Specialist and AI Associate to demonstrate knowledge of AI concepts and
their application within Salesforce including automation and AIdriven decisionmaking for agents.
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team of
developers ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet highquality
standards. Strong collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams such as
business analysts and product managers.
Apex & Workflow Automation: Proficiency in Apex development including the
creation of workflows triggers and custom actions. Skilled at automating business
processes based on realtime data and defined business rules.
Custom Actions and Flow: Expertise in creating and customizing AgentForce
actions and integrating them with Salesforce Flows to automate processes such as
case assignment escalation and agent prompts.
API Integrations: Experience in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs to
enrich AgentForce workflows with external data driving enhanced decisionmaking.
Data Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer
360 and how to leverage it for AIpowered solutions managing large volumes of
data to improve agent actions and outcomes.
Automation & Scalability: Knowledge of tools like Apex Process Builder and Flow
to automate workflows. Ability to create scalable and maintainable solutions
across different environments.
Deployment & Quality Assurance: Experience managing the deployment process
ensuring thorough testing quality assurance and smooth releases using Salesforce
DX Git and CI/CD practices.

Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead a team of developers providing mentorship
and direction to ensure project goals are met. Foster a collaborative environment to

AgentForce Action Customization: Customize and implement AgentForce actions
including case routing task automation and agent prompts while working closely
with Salesforce Flows to ensure workflows align with business needs.
Apex & Workflow Automation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of custom
Apex triggers classes and batch jobs to automate business processes within
AgentForce such as case assignment and task routing.
Intelligent Routing & DecisionMaking: Implement AIdriven routing strategies that
consider factors like case priority customer sentiment and agent expertise to
ensure optimal case handling and workload distribution.
CrossSystem Integration: Manage API integrations to bring external data into
AgentForce workflows enhancing decisionmaking by combining data from thirdparty systems and internal sources.
Scalable & Maintainable Solutions: Ensure that all custom solutions are designed
with scalability and maintainability in mind following best practices for version
control and automated deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts product
managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and
continuously improve AgentForce solutions based on feedback.
Deployment & Testing: Oversee deployment activities ensuring that all
customizations are thoroughly tested and follow established processes for quality
assurance and release management.
Additional Desired Skills (Good to Have):
Advanced AgentForce Features: Experience with advanced AgentForce features
such as dynamic workflow optimization or integrating AIdriven decision models.
Salesforce Einstein Integration: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Einstein
tools like Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance workflows with AIbased
predictions.
Salesforce Certifications: Certifications such as Salesforce Application and
System Architect are a plus.
CloudNative Development: Understanding of cloudnative architectures
particularly when integrating AgentForce with other cloud applications or
microservices.
