Financial Analyst
Banyan Search is working with a wellestablished client to find a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. In this role youll play a key part in supporting financial reporting forecasting and analysis efforts that help drive strategic decisions across the organization. If you enjoy working with data solving complex problems and collaborating with crossfunctional teams this could be a great fit.
This is a hybrid position based in WinstonSalem NC with inoffice presence expected a few days per week.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll dive into financial data and help translate it into meaningful insights for leadership and stakeholders across the company. From budgeting to forecasting to supporting business initiatives this role offers variety visibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing regional and operational budgets to support performance tracking
- Reviewing income statements balance sheets and cash flow reports
- Preparing variance trend and scenario analyses to support decisionmaking
- Supporting major business initiatives through thoughtful analytics
- Building dashboards and reports from ERP data to uncover actionable insights
- Helping to improve and streamline financial processes
- Handling special projects and responding to ad hoc analytical requests
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business
- 25 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or reporting
- Strong Excel skills you know your way around pivot tables formulas and models
- Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP systems (Power BI a plus)
- Ability to present financial insights in a clear and compelling way
- Strong communicator who works well with others and can partner across departments
- Detailoriented proactive and able to juggle multiple projects
