Lincoln Academy an independent high school in Newcastle Maine seeks a highly organized and detailoriented Residential Life Coordinator to support the Director of Residential Life and the community of boarding students and staff who live on campus. This parttime position requires a selfdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and exhibits excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills. Parttime on average 2530 hours a week during the academic year with occasional summer hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as liaison between the Res Life Office boarding students residential staff school departments and the broader as Staff on Duty when present on a safe supportive environment that prioritizes student wellbeing healthy relationships and socialemotional students to local appointments and weekday accurate student records including passports electronic files and paper daily announcements schedules and updates across multiple and publish a weekly Res Life newsletter and maintain the Res Life section of the school with planning vacation programs including scheduling processing payments and coordinating with community partners for homestay and vacation QUALIFICATIONSA bachelors degree is preferred. Candidates with comparable administrative and/or studentfacing work experience are encouraged to apply.A strong work ethic and customer service a sense of humor and the ability to see the best in problemsolving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Fluency in Google Workspace WordPress and data management. Experience using student management software or an ability to hold or be eligible to pass the Maine CHRC background hold a Maine state drivers license.
