Overview
Position:Physical Therapist Assistant Outpatient
Location: 4343 All Season Drive Hilliard OH 43026
Type of Employment: Fulltime
Incentives: $5000 Signon Bonus
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours vary)
Compensation: Hourly starting at $24/Hr and up commensurate with experience PLUS $5000 Signon Bonus
Our NovaCare Rehabilitationoutpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide topnotch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience helping all of our patients get back to athletics work life and the things they love.
Join our team including 3 PTs 1 PTA and 2 CHTs. Center Specialties include: Ortho Sports Med Neuro Hand Therapy Vestibular Dry Needling ReVital Industrial Lymphedema and Splints.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement with minimal supervision high quality physical therapy services for patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
