Job Description
To assist in the weekend technical operations of Faith Radio Network provide board operation for live network programming and aid in clerical tasks as needed. Approximately 1020 hours per week Time of day and days of week flexible Monitor and oversee the weekend delivery of Faith Radio programming on SKY 2; including programming captures Run the Control Board and assist in engineering duties ISDN SKYPE etc. related to the live weekend shows. Post podcasts and related web content for completed weekend shows Troubleshoot and solve various technical problems regarding automation systems satellite or FTP files Assist Faith Radio Manager of Operations in spot placement and log reconciliation; i.e. Impact Partners Day Sponsors NWM spots etc. Assist in general data entry/clerical duties Abide by all University policies Student positions are open to individuals enrolled in a minimum of 6 TRAD credits at UNW .
Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Must be neat organized and be able to take initiative Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner Able to work individually or as a member of a team Understanding of and agreement with University of Northwesterns Declaration of Christian Community and Doctrinal Statement is essential
