Job Description

As an Annuities Internal Wholesaler you will work in the corporate office and be partnered with an External Wholesaler for a specific geographic sales territory covering independent broker dealer channel. Together you will be responsible for increasing revenue throughout your territory by creating and managing relationships with financial professionals helping them grow their business while promoting Prudentials Variable Annuities solutions.

The current work expectation for this position is Hybrid and requires your onsite presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be onsite.

What you can expect:

  • Serve as the goto person for providing expert insight and product information to your network of financial professionals in the independent broker dealerchannel so they can effectively offer Prudential solutions to their customers.
  • Grow develop and manage your own territorys profitability through sales marketing campaigns business plans and customer relationship management.
  • Utilize telephone and virtual technologies to cultivate relationships with your clients by answering their questions proactively engaging them in new opportunities and becoming a true business partner.
  • Foster peace of mind and stability by helping individuals find tangible solutions to their realworld financial needs.

What youll need:

  • 35 years of Financial Services sales experience preferred
  • Financial Services experience required
  • Ability to drive results and increase presence and market share
  • Demonstrated knowledge of annuities and related concepts
  • FINRA Series 6 63 (or 7 66 and State Insurance license required

Itd be a plus if you had:

  • Internal sales experience preferred
  • Experience with independent broker dealers is a plus
  • Appetite for understanding market trends impacting the business with a desire to seek continuous improvement
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
