About the Role:
As a Payroll Trainer at Monarch Institute you will deliver nationally recognized training for a range of courses including:
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Diploma of Accounting
- Diploma of Payroll Services
- Advanced Diploma of Accounting
You will play a crucial role in supporting and assessing students updating course materials and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Training & Support:Provide engaging training sessions via phone email Zoom and facetoface. Offer constructive feedback on assessments and promote equal access for all students.
- Course Updates:Participate in continuous improvement processes validation and moderation activities to keep our courses current and effective.
- Quality Assurance:Assist with internal and external audits compliance requirements and provide feedback to enhance our training programs.
- Professional Development:Stay updated with the latest industry trends and maintain your skills through ongoing professional development.

About You:
- Qualifications:Hold a TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience:Demonstrated experience in facilitating adult learning and assessment with a strong background in payroll services.
- Skills:Excellent communication interpersonal skills and high computer literacy. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
