Job Description
Our esteemed colleague is retiring and for this reason we are looking for reinforcement in our international team as
Global Sales Assistant 100 (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Accurate reporting of monthly global order intake and support with quarterly forecasting
- Creation and maintenance of process documents workflows charts instructions training materials and other required supporting documentation
- Preparation of reports / evaluations using different IT tools
- Processing of data in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP
- Processing of global prequalification documents as a supplier of reciprocating compressors
- Processing of order documents for upload into SAP and transfer of orders to the project management department
- Responsibility for organization and preparation of customer visits and internal events
- Assisting in preparation of agreements and contracts by following internal regulations
- Continues support of global Sales Team during preorder as well as Project Managers during the order phase
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience in coordination of Sales related tasks and have at least 510 years of experience in a multinational company (preferably in mechanical engineering industry)
- You have very good MS Office proficiency user knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
- Your solutionoriented approach strong organizational skills high flexibility and positive perfectionism characterize your way of working
