Job Description

Dish Washers at Copper Vine are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of plateware silverware utensils tools pots and pans.

Your responsibilities may also include:

Taking out garbage and trash to dumpster area.
Washing work areas refrigerators cooking and washing equipment walls and floors.
Assembling and breaking down dish machines.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Receiving orders putting them away following FIFO (First In First Out).
Perform minor food preparation tasks.
Taking out the dirty linen bag.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
Ability to organize and place cooking equipment and plateware back where it belongs.
Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
