Client Information A nonprofit that provides a home for homeless youth transitioning to adulthood.
Position Summary
House Mentor is responsible for providing supervision and oversight to residents residing in their home.
Major Responsibilities
Act as an advocate educator mentor and role model for residents 1722 years old.
Attending employee continuing education classes/meetings.
Discuss needs progress and concerns with residents.
Maintain all necessary documentation record keeping etc.
Responsible for managing timelines scheduling and coordinating stakeholders(s).
Must live in resident and follow the same curfew as residents. Time management and attention to detail are important.
Must be comfortable with maintaining appropriate boundaries and setting limits in working with residents and facilitate resolution of disagreements among residents.
