Description

The Maine Small Business Development Centers (SBDC)at the University of Southern Maine is seeking an Administrative and Data Manager to oversee client service delivery; ensure data integrity and provide data analysis; manage stakeholder reporting; and enhance operational and administrative processes.

Maine SBDCprogram helps build and strengthen small businesses through nocost business advising training and educational resources. As the Administrative & Data Manager you will play a vital role in supporting our team of business advisors and ensuring the program operates efficiently and effectively to serve local businesses across Maine. Additionally this position works closely with leadership to identify opportunities for program improvement. As a key member of the team youll provide valuable insights and play a crucial role in maintaining seamless program operations.

Were seeking a detailoriented candidate with strong interpersonal skills critical thinking ability and a natural curiosity for problemsolving. The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. A passion or interest for small business is a plus. Experience with grant funding or working in higher education is also valuable in this role.

This fulltime position offers an annual salary of up to $52000 and is based on USMs Portland Campus. This position works on a hybrid schedule with approximately two inoffice days per week (subject to change). Additional inperson and travel may be occasionally required.
