Job Description

This position provides assistance with the planning and implementation of maintenance construction and renovation activities necessary to maintain the buildings in excellent repair and out plans and directions from the Director of Facilities and the Superintendent of a variety of semiskilled and skilled maintenance work and operate a variety of equipment in the construction operation repair and maintenance of all plumbing work and other minor building repairs to electrical furniture lights doors windows etc. as and maintain light and medium size construction and power bulk material such as boxes of supplies books furniture such as desks chairs file cabinets bookcases with Safety Rules and Regulations and satisfy OSHA responsibilities in a professional confidentiality of information regarding students staff parents and school any other duties assigned by the Director of Facilities or the Superintendent
