JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Educator/Instructor is responsible for instructing mentoring and supporting prelicensure and undergraduate nursing students within a clinical setting during the academic year. This position involves direct supervision guidance and support for prelicensure and undergraduate nursing students and evaluating the student learning outcomes throughout the academic year. When not directly involved in clinical instruction this position is responsible for training mentoring and supporting healthcare professionals within a clinical setting.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors degree in nursing required Masters degree in nursing preferred
Completion of the MHA Adjunct Faculty Academy required upon hire required
Certification & Licensures:
Registered nurse in the state of Missouri required
BLS Certification required
Experience:
Three 3 years of nursing experience required
