You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the general direction of the Director/Manager/Supervisor repairs/replacements mechanical HVAC electrical and plumbing systems serving the buildings & grounds of the campus.
Assists the Maintenance Tech in the repair/replacement of mechanical/HVAC equipment.
Performs routine repairs/replacement and preventive maintenance on the mechanical HVAC electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
Performs work in high places using ladders scaffolding etc.
Maintains equipment tools parts for repairs/replacement of systems and equipment.
Assists other maintenance staff in maintaining equipment throughout the campus and makes repairs when needed and assigned.
Maintains maintenance records.
Observes all safety regulations.
May perform duties of Maintenance I.
Between $16.33 and $17.83 per hour based on experience.
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Trade school
3 years of relevant experience 3 years in a related field
LICDrivers License STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire
