What Youll Do in The Customer Success Manager Role:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer engagement by expanding their use of our services based on customer usage patterns and relationship development
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new customers and support customers on how our services best meet their needs
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening probing questions and observing body language to close sales
  • Identify opportunities present tailored solutions and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Create and execute sales plan leveraging market insights to maximize revenue.
  • Represent our companys values and commitment to excellence during every interaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • 13 years of Customer Success Account Management or Salesrelated experience preferredbut we love gogetters and fast learners too.
  • A knack for understanding client needs and providing solutions that add value.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a talent for building rapport.
