Summary
For the Property Management division we are looking for an Employee in the construction department in the Facility Management division (f/m/d) at the Ulm location as soon as possible.Your Tasks
Coordination of service providers and subcontractors (construction TGA fault reports etc.
Project initiation kickoff with all parties involved
Determination of basic principles preparation of rough cost estimates and schedules through to tendering and awarding.
Organizational and independent handling of the construction measures from the definition of the objectives to coordination with the user / tenant through to completion
Independent planning and implementation of smaller conversions in accordance with the guidelines and fire protection requirements as well as the ASR in coordination with the respective users and interfaces
Controlling costs deadlines and quality in the project and ensuring project goals are met
Close cooperation with our specialist departments (TGA FM HSE and safety)
Sustainable project implementation and construction management
Preparation of decision papers and presentations
Data maintenance and evaluations using our CAFM software in the area of defect management and KG 300 flows
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as a technician / master craftsman / civil engineer (f/m/d) or comparable
Handson mentality and ability to work in a team as well as an independent and solutionoriented way of working
Preferably knowledge of facility management
Very good organizational skills
Specialist knowledge of procurement planning and contract law (HOAI VOB LBO)
Knowledge of workplace regulations and knowledge of structural fire protection
Experience in LP8
Strong service and customer orientation as well as convincing communication skills and assertiveness
Knowledge of CAD and CAFM systems desirable
Business fluent in German and English
