What you get to do:

• Perform 46 shows nightly for up to 40 hours/week to include special functions rehearsals and recordings
• Perform all other duties

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available for all HOS performance dates and hours
• Must be available for all show install rehearsals
• Ability to perform multiple styles of dance to include jazz contemporary tap ballet tumbling partnering and tumbling
• Must be able to perform in various costumes including a full face mask
• Must be able to perform with various props and special effects including fire effects
• Outgoing and friendly personality versatile and ability to improvise
• Outstanding performance and showmanship while performing set musical and dance selections.
• Must be able to learn and retain multiple styles of dance choreography and blocking
• Must be able to professionally accept and implement critiques and notes from Leadership Team
• Flexible with work hours and working conditions
• High School graduate must be 18 years to audition
• Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
• Must be able to lift push pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed/required)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying Florida weather to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes dust odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling squatting bend floorto waist/waisttooverhead reach overhead simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
