As our Technology Services Supervisor youll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. Youll troubleshoot issues implement cuttingedge solutions and collaborate with staff students and community members to support a dynamic learning environment.
What Youll Do:
Solve complex tech challenges Troubleshoot and resolve issues with system incompatibilities software network connectivity and applications.
Support video production & distribution Manage and resolve issues within our video studio distance learning center and distribution system.
Implement the latest tech Stay ahead of the curve by integrating new software and hardware solutions.
Lead & coordinate Oversee Level I & II Technicians coordinate telecommunication system maintenance and supervise Technology Assistants.
Keep things running smoothly Maintain file servers backups and ensure ongoing LAN WAN and video distribution operations.
Be a tech consultant Provide expertise and guidance for instructional technology programs.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience Associate Degree Technical School training or equivalent experience.
Tech Expertise Knowledge of computer applications networks video distribution systems and database programming.
MultiPlatform Proficiency Skilled in both MAC and PC operating systems.
Strong Communication & Leadership Ability to work effectively with staff students and community members.
Planning & Organizational Skills A detailoriented proactive approach to problemsolving.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Full Year Assignment
SALARY:Supervisory Grade ThreeSalary Range $79885 $99856 to be adjusted for; Plus Excellent Benefits Package - Longevity bonus of 1 for those at the top of the salary range
