The Aging Case Aide 2 schedules appointments and meets with walkins on a daily basis to provide counseling on health insurance and completion of various assistance applications. Appointments may include scheduling sessions with homebound clients as necessary. You will provide outreach services and encourage participation at senior centers to utilize the centers activities and other services. This includes preparation and conducting activities at the center such as arts and crafts bingo and exercise. Communication skills will be key as you may be asked to resolve complaints and conflicts of seniors attending the center. You will have the opportunity to work with volunteers serving communal lunch.
