Salesforce Developer

Position Description:

We are Canadas largest independent information technology services firm and we are still growing! We are expanding in Atlantic Canada and we need your skills enthusiasm and dedication as part of our team.
Join this exciting new initiative as a Salesforce Developer.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Use modern tools techniques and methods to develop modify or update applications used by the business.
Participate in the development teams efforts to determine understand the requirements. Participate in or review all of the steps in the software development life cycle to create and modify the software.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 years working of professional experience with the Salesforce ecosystem performing project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover design implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform while delivering in an Agile framework.
Salesforce certifications relevant to experience.
A solid understanding of IT delivery methodology and leading teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
Strong client management and executive level communication skills and working across matrixed teams.
Working knowledge of Salesforce enhancements releases and continuous integrations/deployments.
Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA for Agile planning and delivery.
Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure security and related technologies. Salesforce Experience Cloud Understanding of Salesforce Platform Understanding of Experience Cloud UX/UI Design Security & Permission Management Knowledge of Data Modeling Digital Identity Hub (DIH) JavaScript Proficiency User Identity Management Security Best Practices Lightening Web Components (LWC) JavaScript coding HTLM/CSS Apex Apex coding Integrations (REST/SOAP Web Services & callouts) Data Models & Salesforce Objects Data Modeling Salesforce Object Configuration Custom metadata/custom setting Custom labels API Integrations API Development & Integration ClientServer Architecture Stateless Communication & Session Management Performance Optimization Error Handling & Logging
