Job Description
Advanced is looking for an experienced Project Manager to supervise project plans and oversee general contractors to ensure their work is highquality finished efficiently and within the predetermined budget. Job seekers should love to problemsolve delegate effectively and have excellent communication skills. - Tracking labor budgets along with monitoring corresponding schedules
- Arranging and orchestrating crews and subcontractors
- Proficient in writing estimates
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Reporting progress to clients
- Explaining contract and technical matters in a clear manner
- Preparing budgets cost estimates schedules and timelines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Project Management
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent timemanagement organizational leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of Xactimate software a plus
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driving license is required along with a safe driving record
