Job Description
Team Lean Agile Centre of Excellence
Working Pattern Hybrid 2days per week in either the London Stockport or Bournemouth offices.Full time hours.
Top 3 skills needed for this role:
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Agile certifications e.g. SAFe SPC Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ICAgile Certified Professional etc.
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach working in a software delivery environment
What this role is all about:
- Facilitate learning and development through one on one and team coaching and training
- Coach Journey Leadership in SAFe practices to ensure adoption of best practices from topdown
- Effectively communicate SAFe principles and practices and overall operating model across the organisation
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures to help drive continuous improvement across teams
- Keep a factbased perspective on issues and apply agile principles to help understand the root cause
- Strong leader educator and coach
- An excellent communicator and motivator
- Emotional intelligenceat a minimum understand impact of choices on people workflows and business
- Technical fluency to effectively work with processes and workflows
- Agile certifications e.g. SAFe SPC Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ICAgile Certified Professional etc.
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach working in a software delivery environment
- Experience in Scrum Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Ability to connect with all levels of an organisation
- IT related undergraduate degree perforable
