Job Description

Tow Truck Driver Job Summary

Our company is looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our fleet. Come joing the fast paced team at I94 Towing and Recovery a division of Osseo Automotive. We have some of the most state of the art equipment in the towing and recovery industry. You must have a commercial drivers license (CDL) or the ability to obtain your CDL. A background in roadside assistance or experience loading and unloading a flatbed truck or tractortrailer is a plus. Your primary duties will revolve around assisting disabled motorists reponding to emergency situations heavy and light duty recovery winch outs lockouts and more. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and can manage their time well while on the road.

Tow Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to accidents breakdowns and other roadside incidents
  • Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage
  • Safely towcars semi or other motorized vehicles
  • Keep your trucks clean and in good condition
  • Bring a positive attitude to work every day

Tow Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications

  • A commercial drivers license
  • At least one year of commercial driving experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Attention to detail when documenting work
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Lift 50 100 LBS Consistantly/Repeatedly
