What This Role Is All About

This isnt your traditional F&I role. You wont be tied to a desk or confined to a single store. As an Independent F&I Specialist youll own your schedule your performance and your success. Youll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset hustle and people skills to make deals happenwherever they are!

Youllreport to the Group Prime Finance Manager but operate with autonomysupported by our tools and systems but free to chart your own course.

Your Mission:

Warranties & Service Plans

  • Drive aftersales revenue by identifying highvalue opportunities in our database and service lanes
  • Engage past and current clients to educate them on the value of extended coverage
  • Present customized solutions and close dealswherever and whenever opportunity strikes

Remote Delivery & Support

  • Support clients virtually across the region ensuring a seamless delivery and protection experience
  • Follow up with customers who didnt purchase protection at delivery and close the loop

Special Projects

  • Represent Steele Wheels in the powersports and preapproval space
  • Help us build future F&I initiatives from the ground up including digital and remote offerings

ShortTerm InStore Coverage

  • Step in when and where youre needed across HRMadding immediate value and keeping operations running smoothly
