We are recruiting a channel sales professional for a company that sells highly customized software offerings to large companies. This is a hybrid hunter/farmer role that is responsible for building and maintaining a partner portfolio with strategic support from our skilled internal subject matter experts.
- In office role. 4 days per week in Don Mills area of Toronto)
- 80K baseplus 5 commission
- Performance/quota bonus plan plus commission

- Strong business acumen will help you learn about our products markets and sales process.
- Our sales process efficiently identifies partners with the right profile and helps avoid wasting time on partners that do not fit /will not be productive.
- Our training curriculum helps you focus on what is important to keep the process moving forward and have the confidence and tools to proactively overcome the obstacles/challenges of selling technology.
- Success is achieved by understanding a prospective partners strengths needs and constraints so we can build a business case that is tailored for their operations and profitable for us. Annual business reviews are done for top partners.
- Curiosity and problem solving skills will go a long way towards maximizing your results.
- Comfort dealing with senior people/decision makers is important youll learn to dominate these encounters in this role.
- Often the role requires a lot of negotiating to acquire new business / successfully expand a partner.
- A friendly knowledgeable and persuasive presentation style is useful in this role.
- The ability to plan prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities every week will lead to stronger revenue attainment and higher personal satisfaction.
Must have :
- Experience in a consultative selling environment
- Partner sales experience
Nice to have:
- Previous SaaS experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Multilingual candidates are preferred but not essential
