This position has a $3000 signon bonus. Bonus to be paid in two parts: $1500 at 6 months of employment and the remaining $1500 at 12 months of employment. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor staff while making a lasting impact on individuals with Crossroads ContinuumBased in Marlborough MA Crossroads Continuum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We provide individualized services across home school and centerbased environments throughout MetroWest Massachusetts ensuring meaningful progress for each the RoleThe behavior analyst is responsible for supervising behavior therapists (BTs) and ensuring that client progress is systematically assessed and optimized. This role involves overseeing individualized education programs insurance treatment plans and behavior support plans while collaborating with families educators and medical teams to deliver highquality ResponsibilitiesSupervise and ensure the safety of staff and BCBA certification and assessments develop treatment plans and oversee analyze data to enhance clinical families and staff in ABA principles and best with school teams medical providers and other BTs and staff pursuing behavior analytic performance feedback and maintain thorough with clients and caregivers via email phone and inperson administrative responsibilities including appointment in weekly clinical review meetings and Team schedules and ensure required clinical hours are ethical and confidentiality to Crossroads Continuum policies and seek support from leadership as other duties as degree in education behavior analysis or a related Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in or more years of experience in the treatment of autism using behavior analysis including teaching clinical and supervisory roles.A minimum of three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory oral and written communication to collaborate with educators clinical teams and of immunizations Join Crossroads ContinuumWe offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including:Six weeks of vacation plus personal and sick timeTuition reimbursementHealth and dental insurance (no waiting period)403(b) retirement plan with up to 50 employer matchLongterm and shortterm disabilityLife insuranceFlexible spending plansProfessional development opportunitiesMust pass and maintain skills in CALM/Safety Care our team and help shape the future of autism services across home school and centerbased environments in MetroWest Massachusetts!
