Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector I!

We are a precision machining and fabrication company serving the aerospace and defense industry. We use advanced paperless manufacturing processes driven by 3D models and robotic automation to produce highquality turnkey components.


Were currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role youll perform inprocess and final inspections to ensure all parts meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. Youll use precision measuring tools interpret engineering drawings and document inspection results.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspects finished products and uses precision measuring tools to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Reviews technical drawings and blueprints to confirm that parts meet required tolerances.
  • Identifies and documents any defects nonconformance or other quality issues found during inspection.
  • Communicates inspection results and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel or management.
  • Follows all safety procedures and company protocols.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience inspecting aerospace or military products preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality standards blueprints and inspection tools (calipers micrometers gauges).
  • Familiar with ANSI Y14.5 True Position and nonconformance reporting (NCRs).
  • Basic shop math and computer skills.
  • Clear communication in English both written and verbal.
  • Works well independently and with a team.
  • Must pass annual visual acuity and color perception test in accordance with NDT standards.
  • Dependable and committed to quality.

Shifts:

  • Fulltime: MonFri 6:00am2:30pm or 6:00am3:30pm (every other Friday off)

Pay:

  • $18.50$26.50 per hour

Physical Demands: Work is primarily performed in an open warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes noise vibrations fumes and chemicals.

  • Frequent repetitive use of wrists hands and fingers.
  • Extended periods of sitting standing walking and bending.
  • Occasional reaching twisting and turning.
  • Regularly lift carry push or pull up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines U.S. persons as U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents (i.e. Green Card holders) and some refugees.
