Job Description
Location: Belgium 2 days per week onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Strategic BI/Data Analyst with a strong analytics mindset and a passion for translating data into actionable insights. This role will support key business stakeholders in forming effective strategies based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst and will be proficient in Power BI and SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data effectively.
- Utilize SAP systems to gather and manipulate data for various business functions.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to measure the success of business strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics to continuously improve analytical processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data or BI Analyst preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Proficient in Power BI and SAP systems; experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Data Science Information Technology).
