30K per annum
40 hours per week Monday to Friday termtime only no late nights and weekends off!

You will report to the Chef Manager on site.

As our ideal Head Chef you will:
- Have excellent craft skills
- Have proven experience of leading a team
- Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
- Have good communication skills at all levels
- Have a positive out going disposition and real Cando approach
- Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail
- The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
- The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
