Insurance Account Manager Commercial Lines (French Speaking)
As a Commercial Insurance Broker/Account Manager you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers helping protect what matters most to them.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Servicing a book of designated commercial accounts
- Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- Assist customers with their daily insurance needs via phone in person and by email
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Manage walkin queries sales and upselling of products to new and existing clients
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue selfdevelopment through industry and training and other courses
- Generate leads through community involvement and events
- Knowledge of each Insurance Companys products endorsements packages and payment plan
The value you bring
- Fluency in French is required
- General Insurance Class 3 License and prior commercial lines experience an asset
- Work well in a team environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Strong problemsolving skills and comfort with technolog
Hours: Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours/week
