As our Site HR Leader you will be the goto expert for all things peoplerelated. Youll partner with site leadership to influence big decisions navigate operational shifts and create a culture that makes employees excited to come to work every day.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill ability and/or other characteristics needed for this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturingfocused HR environment with a strong foundation in driving HR initiatives. Experience in startup or highgrowth environments is a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven experience leading managing and developing HR team members.
- Deep understanding of HR policies procedures and employment laws with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic workplace.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing others with strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management and/or organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills with a talent for building trust and rapport across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Thrives in an agile collaborative and highenergy work environment.
