Job Description
To monitor Academy of Music lessons and events held at a satellite location. This job will be located at Roseville Covenant Church. Unlock doors and ensure proper equipment is available and set up for private lessons Assist a variety of students and their families arriving for private lessons Ensure temperature and lighting is appropriate Respond to daily messages and communicate with instructors and students Assist with general clerical duties as needed Be familiar with and work within the parameters of all FERPA regulations Abide by all University policies Student positions are open to individuals enrolled in a minimum of 6 TRAD credits at UNW .
Required Qualifications
Must be detailoriented organized and selfdisciplined Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional tactful and courteous manner Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills Able to maintain confidential information and abide by all FERPA regulations Must have proficient computer skills Able to work independently and take initiative Understanding of and agreement with University of Northwesterns Declaration of Christian Community and Doctrinal Statement is essential
