Chef Stevenage Hertfordshire
15 per hour
Working Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 2.30pm with 30min unpaid break termtime only!

You will be reporting into the Chef Manager.

As our ideal Sous Chef you will:
- Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experience
- Have experience of working with fresh ingredients
- Have good communication skills at all levels
- Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
- Have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
- Have the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
- Have knowledge of health and safety practices
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
