About us:
Kinfauns Veterinary Centre is a wellequipped and wellestablished RCVS accredited practice with two busy branches: Little Clacton and Dovercourt. We are known for delivering excellent veterinary care and offer a familyfriendly service.
The practice has achieved a 2* Outstanding award in the prestigious Best Companies Awards 2024. This recognition is a testament to the positive feedback from our dedicated team highlighting our commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.

The Role:
This role will be primarily based at Little Clacton our main site. This is a larger practice with impressive facilities including onsite lab xray machine ultrasound large operating facilities and separate cat and dog wards. Dovercourt is just 20 minutes away from the main branch so easily accessible.
- Salaryper annum depending on experience
- No OOHs
- Working 4/5 days a week and 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Some flexibility with rota/hours
- 1 or more operation days per week
- Minimum 15minute consults longer ones can be scheduled
** There is sea view accommodation with a 10 min minute drive from the practice and a car available if needed!
For the right candidate you will be supported in pursuing a certificate.
The Team:
You would be joining a fulltime team of Veterinary Surgeons Registered Veterinary Nurses Student Nurses Animal care assistants and Receptionists.
We have a very supportive team and management which is something we are very proud of! We are always looking to take on fresh ideas and support people throughout their progression and this is why we are proud to say we are a training practice for our Veterinary Nurses.
We are proud that weve created a family within our team with regular gatherings in and out of work and the occasional pizza lunch!

Clacton is a beautiful bustling seaside town in Essex. Surrounded by beautiful villages local amenities such as restaurants and shops and with a beautiful beach front.
Along with plenty to do and see Clacton is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Colchester at only 20 minutes away. You can get a regular train connection to London in around 1.5hrs.
