This role is based in Wayzata Minnesota or Atlanta Georgia.
The Manager Global HR Process Owner Time & Pay will lead the design development delivery and measurement of highly complex human resources domain operational process excellence across the business and function. In this role you will drive the design and continuous improvement programs of change with employee experience at the center in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders within the process area.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
35 years of experience supporting Time Management and Payroll teams in the creation and optimization of processes. Handson experience is required.
Experience working in payroll and understanding of controls.
Experience using UKG Dimensions (Workforce Time Management)SuccessFactors Time Tracking and ADP (similar Time Management solutions will be considered).
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver largescale project outputs and support the highly complex issues to provide resolutions
Experience driving a global approach on human resources improvement projects
Experience ensuring technologyenabled solutions are meaningful and support the process areas operations strategic goals

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $145 $170K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
