Data and AI Solutions Engineer

The Technology Consulting team works with worlds bestknown large domestic and global: financial institutions brokerdealers foreign banking organizations asset management and insurance companies who trusted us to assist them with large scale transformation program delivery challenges.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing Data and Analytics team alongside Business Analysts Developers and Testers with plenty of autonomy and variety in this role. We work with large distributed data pipelines database tuning for efficient analysis and table schemas creations using extract transform load methods to deliver trustworthy and timely data to business executives and analysts and other end users so they can improve business looking for a technical practitioner open to learn new things and take up new opportunities in a multinational work environment.

We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Delivery Team in Poland. We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Team in Poland. We welcome experienced professionals willing to develop in Data & Analytics area. Were interested in professionals with a genuine interest to contribute to the growth of the Data capability with strong focus on Gen AI / LLMs

Your scope of duties:

• Designing and building new functionalities and solutions to client use cases utilizing your extensive experience in Cloud technologies (e.g. Storage Accounts Databricks Data Factory Logic Apps Azure Functions Azure Synapse).
• Building the data platform required for optimal loading and processing of data from a wide variety of data sources.
• Data modeling and mapping between source and target systems.
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Testers Developers and Business Users in Data solution functionality.
• Defining and estimating the scope of work needed for the implementation of data systems.
• Gathering documenting and validating business requirements for Data systems (Data Lake Data Warehouse Business Intelligence other analytical applications).
• Collaborating with team members mentoring other data engineers in the team to plan develop and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals.
• Supporting in growing Data competency within the Data&AI Team.
• Supporting sales initiatives (e.g. workshops proofofconcept product shows).

Our requirements:

• Very good English language in verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to develop in Data & Analytics and Gen AI space.
• Excellent collaboration skills to interact with teammates and other stakeholders.
• Ability to plan track and report the status of the deliverables.
• At least a bachelors degree preferably in engineering computer science or similar.
• 26 years of experience in building data and analytics applications systems analysis role gathering requirements data modeling.
• A strong understanding of data structures databases data lakes and data ingestion and transformation routines.
• Knowledge of Big Data with a focus on data engineering; optimizing data pipelines ETLs.
• Advanced knowledge of query languages (SQL).
• Coding and development skills in programming languages (e.g. Python PySpark).
• Experience implementing productionlevel deployments at an enterprise scale understanding of DevOps/DataOps principles working knowledge of Git.
• Working knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Experience in building applications using LLMs (foundation models APIs frameworks prompt engineering and techniques).
• Experience in building modern application architecture (microservices REST API Kubernetes containers).
• Proficiency working in an Agile environment.

Additional Assets:

• Experience in large international Data solution implementation programs.
• Experience in the finance and insurance industry.
• Experience and knowledge of building warehouse technologies including Azure Data Factory Azure Data Lake Databricks Snowflake SQL Spark.
• Experience with JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts and standards.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure GCP AWS).
• Knowledge of ML/AI tools.
• Working experience with NoSQL Graph database solutions.
• Experience with Guidewire Suite products.
• Technical knowledge in programming scripting and related standards (Python bash Perl Java Scala JavaScript C#.
