Proposition Manager

Salary National Circa 40000 60000 / London Circa 50000 80000

This is a great job for someone who is passionate about personal finance (savings investments pensions etc. endtoend product development comfortable working in ambiguity and ready to lead crossfunctional change. You may have a background in savings or investment propositions or experience delivering change programmeseither way youre someone who can take a concept and turn it into a customercentric solution.

A bit about the job:

Youll join the fastgrowing Direct Wealth team which currently offers cash savings ISAs investment accounts and SIPPs. As a Proposition Manager youll own the delivery of new and enhanced propositions across our full product suite and oversee the roadmap for future features. Youll work closely with digital change teams and senior stakeholders to shape customer journeys and ensure regulatory alignment. Your work will help strengthen our market position and drive tangible customer and commercial outcomes.

Skills and experience were looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder and leadership skills with experience influencing across multiple teams.

  • Track record of delivering change from concept to launchideally in financial services or a digital environment.

  • Passion for customerfirst thinking and simplifying complex journeys.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive problemsolving mindset.

  • Commercial acumen with an eye for growing market share and building competitive propositions.
