Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Partner you will take ownership of a number of recruitment campaigns to attract highquality professionals to roles across the institution working collaboratively to deliver an outstanding candidate and onboarding experience for all vacancies you lead on.
You will offer advice and guidance to the business areas youre aligned to including our Faculties and professional support departments to ensure a bestpractice approach to recruitment and selection for the full range of University roles including the academic teaching staff researchers and professionals across all of our support services. You will also support the Talent Partner in recruiting to specialist senior and hardtofill vacancies with more bespoke candidate attraction strategies and engagement with the market.

The appointed candidate will normally be employed through our subsidiary company BCU Support Services Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham City University. Appointees with prior LGPS membership who wish to enter the LGPS scheme will be able to do so and will be employed by Birmingham City University directly.
