Job Description of EIM Initiative

JOB SUMMARY: Create a distribution of top financial distributors for respective Zone Region & offices on the concept of EIM & help them build an elite team of financial distributors which uplifts the performance of the Zone Region & Offices of Max life.

Should be the goto person for the leadership present in the field and help them on hiring engagement & process related queries and other support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive hiring of EIM/ FBA / EBA in the field
  • Enable the field on how to grow the business by building a team of financial distributors i.e. top advisor of other insurance companies MF distributors & Practicing CA.
  • Drive Training Agenda for these top distributors
  • Take care of their engagement agenda
  • Manage zone resources who are responsible for above mentioned activities in the respective zone. Provide Sales training technical support on sales concept like Business Insurance NRI etc.
  • Enable LPC team to drive EIM/FBA/ EBA agenda at the office region and zone level.
  • Ensure strong backend support subject to all the service related requirements of the EIM/FBA/EBA hired in the organization.
  • Collaboration with HR Finance Underwriting & DSDO for smooth onboarding process logins of business with underwriting support & payout of the business done by these EIM/AAIM
  • Drive desired product mix with the help of the on boarded distributors

Measures of Success:

Increase in the distribution size of EIM

Deliver the plan approx. 200 cr

We are looking 50 growth on EIM hiring

Satisfactory & timely resolution of query received from field.

Key competencies/skills required

  • Good people management experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Ready to take challenges & open to participate in organization drives.

Desired qualification and experience: Post Graduation & More than 7 years of life insurance experience & have a successful track record in the industry or organization.
