EnSafe is accepting applications for a Senior Health and Safety (H&S) Professionalbased in our Houston office.
Relocation assistance will be considered for this role.

What We Are Looking For
EnSafe is looking for a Senior Health and Safety (H&S) professional to work fulltime as a consultant at our Houston Texas office. This role would be excellent for a motivated H&S professional with at least 8 years of experience who is looking to be on the cutting edge of emerging technologies through continuing professional development.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading EnSafes H&S service line in the Houston area working closely with EnSafes corporate H&S team.
- Consulting with clients from multiple industries including oil and gas aerospace chemical processing manufacturing pulp and paper automotive industries etc.
- Proposing coordinating and managing occupational hygiene qualitative and quantitative assessments.
- Performing regulatory OSHA compliance audits and gap assessments.
- Conducting H&S risk assessments including confined space lockouttagout machine guarding job safety analysis etc.
- Developing H&Srelated business by conducting site visits speaking at local and/or national conferences and being involved in various networking opportunities.
- Preparing proposals managing projects coordinating staff and preparing and reviewing technical reports.
- Supervising and mentoring H&S junior and midlevel staff.
- Willing and able to travel overnight. Expected travel can range from 30 to 70.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in Environmental Health Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years H&S experience.
- Professional certification as a CSP (dual certification as a CIH is strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of OSHA general industry health and safety standards (Process Safety Management experience is a big plus)
- Strong attention to detail consulting and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Health and Safety Consulting experience will be strongly preferred
