Business Overview
The Risk & Quantitative Analysis (RQA) group provides independent oversight of BlackRocks fiduciary and enterprise risks. RQAs principal objectives are to advance the firms risk management practices and to deliver independent risk expertise and constructive challenge to drive better business and investment outcomes.

RQAERM Operational Risk
The Operational Risk team within Enterprise Risk is responsible for all aspects of operational risk including error investigation and resolution new product and business change risk assessments risk reporting / analysis leading risk reducing projects and the maintenance of the operational risk framework including facilitation of risk and control selfassessments.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate in the RQA Enterprise Risk function you will be part of a newly formed Incident Response team in Gurgaon. The team is part of the global Enterprise Risk team and operates in a fastpaced environment involving frequent interactions with global first line business leaders. The newly formed team will support the firms operational risk framework by fulfilling the following key responsibilities:

Our hybrid work model
