Manufacturing Associate I Redmond WA site.
JustEvotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Associate that desires a significant opportunity to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics. This team member will be responsible for the commercial manufacturing of mammalian cellbased biotherapeutics under cGMP conditions. Manufacturing Associates are expected to execute process recipes monitor equipment and processes perform basic tasks including sampling and routine maintenance of lab equipment. Associates will also assist in media and buffer compounding. The staff member is expected to comply and follow written procedures for safety requirements cGMP Practices Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturing documentation.
Just Evotec operates 24 hrs a day using day shift swing shift and night shift on the front half and back half of the week. There are openings on all shifts. Applicants may not be offered the shift of their exact preference.
1 Swing shift 1 4 x10 hrs SunWed
2 Swing Shift 2 4 x10 hrs WedSat.
We are looking for people happy with the above shifts.
3 Day Shift 1 4 x10 hrs SunWed
4 Day Shift 2 4 x10hrs WedSat.
5 Night shift4 on 3 off 3 on 4 offevery other Sat to Wed Wed to every other Sat 19:00 08:00.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor critical processes (i.e. Single use bioreactor operations perfusion chromatography product filtration and solution preparation)
- Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility
- Initiating nonconformances (NC)
- of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using Manufacturing System (MES)
- Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
- Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave
- Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering; or
- Associates degree in sciencerelated area and relevant experience; or
- High school diploma or GED and 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidate must possess strong focus on right the first time and attention to detail
- Possess effective task/time management organizational skills
- Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope
- Ability to organize analyze/interpret and effectively communicate individual results
- Motivated selfstarter with strong mechanical aptitude
- Good interpersonal team and communication skills are a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
The base pay range for this nonexempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $25.00 to $35.00/hour. Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
