- Full or part time working pattern(earlies 7:00am/7:15am 2:30pm/2:45pm and lates 2:15pm 9:45pm)

What youll be doing:
- Supporting children young people and adults between the ages of 5 25 years with their care and education
- Enabling our learners and residents to participate in activities and have fun outside of school and college hours including bowling swimming cinema trips sports baking and sensory groups both on and offsite
- Recording supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones keeping all documentation up to date
- Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
