  • The Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Optimization Lead is a strategic role focused on driving longterm customer growth engagement and profitability. Youll lead the development of datadriven strategies to enhance retention and customer lifetime value while serving as an important partner to product content marketing and ecommerce teams.
  • A critical aspect of this role blends product marketing with customer strategyshaping gotomarket (GTM) plans optimizing value propositions and building testandlearn models that directly influence audience behavior and outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience with the customer and the ability to bridge data and strategy.

Your Impact

  • Strategic CLV
    • Design and implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value across all stages of the customer journey.
    • Collaborate with teams to enhance product experiences define new monetization strategies and guide longterm vision through a customervalue lens.
    • Provide insights to senior leadership grounded in customer and data.
  • Customer Insights & Testing Frameworks
    • Develop testandlearn models to evaluate product and content performance optimizing around messaging price sensitivity feature engagement and retention.
    • Use predictive modeling and segmentation to refine value propositions and implement personalized strategies to highvalue customer segments.
  • Collaboration & Performance Optimization
    • Partner with paid media growth and retention teams to ensure highReturn on investment targeting of valuable audiences.
    • Collaborate with data science teams to create models that inform longterm retention and customer development.
    • Respond to shifts in behavior market conditions and platform performance by staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Analytics Measurement and Insights
    • Analyze performance across important CLV and product marketing metricsdeveloping automated reporting.
    • Translate business signals into strategic actions building feedback loops between customers content and commerce.

What You Bring

  • You have experience executing datadriven strategies that grow customer lifetime value and unlock commercial growth.
  • You have a background in product marketing content strategy or customer strategyideally within digital commerce or consumerfacing industries.
  • Deep analytical capabilitycomfortable with predictive modeling behavioral analytics and segmentation.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to operationalize insights into customerfacing solutions GTM strategies and retention plays.

Superpower Qualifications although not required

  • You have 8 years of experience in customer strategy product marketing or digital commerce.
  • You have experience with lifecycle marketing GTM strategy product launches or CLVfocused roles.
  • Background working with data science predictive analytics or customer segmentation.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Analytics or related field. MBA preferred.
