The Opportunity

As the Sr Commercialization Strategist you will grow total sales and viewer growth by developing content strategies curating and optimizing merchandise within content (show builds and VOD assets) while collaborating with teams such as Producers Buyers Programming and Marketing. You will focus on creating compelling assortments aligned with inventory levels pricing and promotional opportunities using data insights and current planning systems to track performance metrics and refine strategies. You will also contribute in shaping content to support revenue and engagement while maintaining accuracy and support enterprise goals and improving trends and results.

Your Impact

  • Lead the commercialization of specific content programs by building an endtoend vision that encompasses data analysis content Return on investment assessment strategic planning merchandise briefs and process optimization Develop a merchandisedriven content strategy designed to grow audience engagement and increase revenue balancing salesdriven and entertainmentfocused content. This strategy will consider inventory availability productivity trends external opportunities and promotional activities.
  • Manage timelines and releases for all itemspecific content to ensure understanding of broader strategic goals and operational efficiency.
  • Increase content optimization by leading efforts in content brainstorming product selection procurement and visual merchandising strategies Develop and test hypotheses for product placement and methodologies to create a scalable repeatable playbook for contentproduct integration Establish content and product planning strategies to improve content and product mix ensuring every product aligns with the associated content for maximum engagement and Return on investment.
  • Assess strategy performance by analyzing Indicators adjusting tactics to maximize results and ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to develop comprehensive tools and dashboards that provide the commercial team with realtime insights for tracking measurements and refining strategies.

What You Bring

  • You have 5 years of experience in either strategic brand management or planning roles content or merchandising) and driving commercial outcomes.
  • You have ownership and program management skills to influence the team to implement the vision.
  • You have experience creating growth strategies and reacting to data to build a sustainable ecosystem.
  • You have a background in planning roles and accomplish commercial outcomes.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
