YOUR MISSION

We are looking for anIntern Courier Ops & CRMbased in Milan who will be in charge of improving acquisition retention and engagement of couriers and providing constant feedback and process improvement ideas.

This role will require a mix of operations stakeholder management analytical skills and creativity to tackle different challenges. The couriers Glovers for us are a key player in Glovos marketplace and you will need to ensure the fleets longterm sustainability as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience in Italy.

THE JOURNEY

• As an Intern Courier Ops & CRMat Glovo youll dive into one of the most dynamic sides of our business: the experience of our couriers the Glovers.

  • Analyze onboarding forecasts to ensure we have the right number of active couriers across Italy.
  • Build dashboards to track key courier processes and suggest impactful improvements.
  • Bring outofthebox ideas to improve operations and ensure the best possible experience for our delivery partners.
  • Manage CRM communications to couriers ensuring the tone is right and the timing is spoton.
  • Run projects aimed at boosting courier engagement and motivation.
  • Conduct active listening through field trips focus groups and visits to our Glover Centers to deeply understand courier needs and pain points.
  • Work sidebyside with your team lead who will mentor and support your development with the goal of preparing you for a fulltime role at Glovo.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Youre in the final year of your Masters degree (or recently graduated) in Engineering Business Economics or another analytical field and youre excited about the opportunity to turn this internship into a fulltime role at Glovo.
• Youre proactive selfdriven and dont wait to be told what to do at Glovo youll be the owner of your work.
• You bring energy and positivity even on tough days.
• Youre empathetic inclusive and always curious to understand the why behind problems.
• Youre not afraid to get your hands dirty: youre comfortable working in the field and directly supporting our couriers.
• You speak Italian and English fluently.
• Bonus points if you have prior experience in highdemand environments (consulting startups ops banking tech) and a good grasp of Excel and data tools.
