Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arranges for daily nominated scheduled and confirmed natural gas nominations with our customers on Canadian and select USA pipelines utilizing pipeline pools and balancing services
- Know the operations of the pipelines; including but not limited to the constraints interconnects balancing rules and discount opportunities along with Tariff information
- Monitor and update Pipeline Capacity Release Contracts and Rates monthly
- Balance pipelines in internal systems to meet Accounting/Billing and Internal Control requirements working knowledge of Endur an asset
- Communicates between customers internal sales and trading to ensure that contractual nomination data is coordinated throughout the delivery chain including the ability to create and execute capacity optimizations while meeting retail and wholesale demands
- Works with all wholesale personnel to ensure system and pipeline imbalances are minimized communicating in a timely manner when issues arise
- Enters all pertinent nomination data into the nomination systems maintained by the applicable pipeline and point operators adhering to specific nomination deadlines
- Develop/Maintain trusted partnerships with all parties in the supply chain including 3rd party schedulers traders pipeline reps and internal personnel
Working Conditions:
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years professional work experience
