Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the dining area and ensure excellent guest service.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support stewards ensuring they follow service standards and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly manage special requests and handle complaints or feedback professionally.
- Menu Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of the menu to assist guests and train team members on dishes beverages and promotions.
- Order Management: Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor new team members on service protocols and menu knowledge.
- Quality Control: Monitor food presentation and service to ensure they meet the companys standards.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen bar and management to maintain a seamless operation.
- Upselling: Promote special dishes drinks and offers to guests to enhance their experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant hotel or hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a bonus.
Work Environment:
- Energetic and fastpaced setting.
- Must be willing to work weekends holidays and evening shifts as needed.
