Connected Technologies is a newly formed group within Toyota focused on delivering industryleading user experiences and new technologies for our Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Were seeking a passionate and highly motivated iOS Developer to join our Software Engineering group. In this role you will manage the overall project roadmap and delivery including story writing attending reviews and demos and making decisions on customerfacing initiatives for our Mobile Applications.

What youll be doing
Improvements to mobile development across the organization for consistency.
Coordinating with stakeholders for joint decisions and making critical improvements.
Being able to frame business challenges and work crossfunctionally to solve those problems using innovative approaches.
Adopt and adapt to new technologies tools and agile processes as needed.
Hold accountability for technical decisions ensuring they meet quality standards scalability requirements and regulatory compliance.
Implement rigorous testing to ensure bugfree functionality and reliability.
Prepare procedures to efficiently deploy critical hotfixes to address urgent issues in an inmarket environment ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Qualifications/ What you bring
Knowledge of Native mobile app development.
Expertise in native iOS development using Swift UI and Swift.
Indepth understanding of programming languages like Swift Objective C and Swift UI.
Solid understanding of mobile app design patterns like MVC MVP Delegation Singleton Factory MVVM pattern Clean Architecture Viper etc.
Write code and design systems using crossplatform IDEs such as Visual Studio and XCode.
Experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL JSON and integrating thirdparty libraries and APIs.
Strong experience building and maintaining iOS frameworks using Cocoa Pods/Swift Packages.
Added bonus if you have
Working Knowledge of Unit and Automated testing using Native frameworks such as XCUI.
Familiar with App Store policies for App submission.
